Every order matters to us. Before we ship your order, all items undergo strict quality inspections and secure packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect, therapeutic condition.

- Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to you.
You can monitor your package’s journey 24/7. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. SK Chillclub is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking status states “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier transit system, please contact us here within 3 days, and we will help you resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
