Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SK Chillclub. We want you to love your sensory and stress-relief experience! However, due to the unique, delicate, and tactile nature of squishies, we have established a clear Return & Refund Policy to ensure health, hygiene, and fairness for all of our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 14-Day “Change of Mind” Returns (Strict Conditions)

We accept returns for a change of mind within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. Because squishies are touch-based sensory items, they are classified as hygiene-sensitive goods.

To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, unhandled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging. Once the protective seal, polybag, is opened, the item is strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important Note for EU & UK Customers: In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. Unsealing your squishy waives your right to a refund.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (The 48-Hour Window)

We take great care in quality control, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window: You must inspect your package immediately upon arrival and contact our customer support on our “Contact” page here within 48 hours.
  • Required Evidence: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos and/or a short video showing the shipping label, the packaging, and the specific defect or damage.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will be attributed to post-delivery handling and wear-and-tear, and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. What is NOT Considered a Defect (Normal Characteristics)

Squishies are made of specialized, soft materials (such as PU foam, TPR, or silicone) designed for tactile compression. The following occurrences are considered normal product characteristics or user-inflicted wear, and are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Natural Wear & Tear: Ruptures, tears, or pops caused by over-stretching, twisting, or pinching with sharp fingernails/objects.
  • Surface Imperfections: Minor air bubbles, slight paint unevenness, or small surface flakes inherent to the molding and hand-painting process.
  • Material Scent: A temporary chemical or sweet scent from the manufacturing process, which naturally dissipates after being aired out for a few days.
  • Texture Changes: Accumulation of dust, lint, or loss of stickiness over time through normal use (most TPR squishies can be washed with water and renewed with talcum powder).

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For all “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Restocking Fee (Applicable to US & Canada): Returns for reasons other than shipping errors or verified manufacturing defects may be subject to a 10% ~ 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Any item not in its original, factory-sealed condition (opened items).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during a Clearance, Final Sale, or Flash Sale event.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the shipping label without prior authorization.

  2. The name of the item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return (with photos if applicable)

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
